The trip includes:
- A visit to GEO600 as the gravitational wave detector of the AEI
- Lab visits at AEI including the 10M prototype (by Dr. Lück), Laserzentrum (by Prof. Dr. Willke) and Cluster for data analysis (Dr. Aulbert and Dr. Fehrmann).
- Get togethers with several workgroups from the Universität Hannover, showing their experiments and ongoing research projects
- A visit to the research group at PTB in Braunschweig
- Informal get together with PhD students from the workgroups at Brauhaus Hannover
- the annual students assembly
- team building event - room escape game in Hannover
